Welcome! Energy Counselling is about using the tools to work specifically in ways that suit you best, and not by using a generalised method. Within a non-judgemental, interactive and dynamic space, I meet you where you are in order to help you to deal with whatever challenges are present. We work together to release what is limiting you  in your life and we find the right tools to support and empower you to find more joy, fulfilment and peace. 

I provide counselling and support to individuals, while also facilitating workshops. 

The Core of Knowing. 

I am passionate about what I do and have an extensive working understanding and experience of many therapeutic tools which can guide you on your path to healing. Over the years I have come to realise that there is a part of all of us that already has knowledge of what needs addressing and which therapeutic tools we will benefit from in sessions and so learning to take responsibility of our process and healing is part of the journey. No one else knows you like you know yourself. You are the one who has lived it, you know the stories of how you got to this present moment, and even if sometimes you may feel disconnected from you deepest self you do have inner understanding that will lead the way out of your difficulties. In sessions we will both listen to this deeper knowing, while developing a stable relationship that can hold all of it. Enjoy exploring my website and I hope to meet you someday soon!
